Thank you for shopping at GeekFrame. We strive to provide high-quality software license keys and digital educational resources. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines your rights and our guidelines regarding refunds.
1. General Policy: All Sales are Final
Due to the electronic nature of our products (software license keys, downloadable PDFs, and digital documents), all sales are considered final.
Once a license key has been revealed, delivered via email, or a digital file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or “accidental purchases” once the product has been accessed.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We stand behind the quality of our products. You are eligible for a replacement or a full refund under the following exceptional circumstances:

Defective or Invalid License Key: If the software license key you purchased is invalid, blocked, or fails to activate the software. (Note: We will first provide a replacement key. If the replacement also fails, a full refund will be issued).

Duplicate Orders: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the exact same item due to a technical error on our website.

Non-Delivery: If you did not receive the product via email or download link after payment, and our support team cannot deliver it to you manually.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
To prevent abuse of our digital products, we CANNOT issue refunds in the following situations:

You changed your mind after purchasing and receiving the product.

The software license key has already been successfully activated on a device.

You encounter software compatibility issues or bugs that are not related to the validity of the license key itself (in such cases, please contact the official software developer’s support).

Your refund request is made later than 7 days after the purchase date.
4. How to Request a Replacement or Refund
If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria in Section 2, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase.

Required Evidence: Uncropped screenshots showing the error message you receive when trying to activate the key or download the file.
5. Refund Processing Time
Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
